Box-out Drill
Tactical Problem:  Prevent opponents from second chances at scoring.
                            Gaining possession so team can start attack.
Skill development:  TSWBAT block opponents from obtaining an offensive rebound
                              TSWBAT correctly time there jump
                              TSWBAT perform the box out appropriately without reckless disregard
                              for peers

1.  Calling shot
2.  Pivot and sit, wide stance
3.  Load and explode
4.  2 hand grab, ball to chin
